📍 Location: Flexible / Hybrid (UK-based, with travel)
💷 Salary: £38,000 – £55,000 + performance incentives
🕒 Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Fixed-term considered

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be one of the very first senior hires into the company, joining us at a pivotal stage of growth. We’re scaling fast, backed by Oxford University Innovation, with a patented assistive technology that’s already making a difference in homes and care settings across the UK.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around the healthcare, mobility, and care home sectors — ideally with an existing network of contacts — to accelerate our sales and partnerships. You’ll be leading growth across B2B channels, from care homes and healthcare distributors to contractors and occupational therapists.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a startup environment — hands-on, adaptable, and motivated by impact. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape our go-to-market strategy, while also being out in the field driving real results.

For the right person, this opportunity has the potential to grow into a senior leadership position with scope for equity participation.
