ShowerSpaah 12-Month Peace-of-Mind Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every ShowerSpaah we make.
If your ShowerSpaah develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase while being used normally, we will repair it or replace it free of charge — no hassle, no arguments. Just contact us and we’ll sort it.
We design our products to last and we want you to feel completely confident when buying. If something isn’t right, we want to know and we’ll make it right.
What’s covered
• Manufacturing and material defects
• Functional faults during normal household use
• Replacement of faulty parts or full unit where appropriate
What isn’t covered
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Damage from accidents or extreme conditions
This warranty is in addition to your normal consumer rights.

30-Day Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, preferably in its original packaging.

Refunds
- If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs for defective or incorrectly sent items.
- For non-defective items returned for any reason, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can address the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
- If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason without justification.
- Items must be in the original condition and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
